Brief introduction of the material
    Based on absorbing the experience using acid-resistance lining materials in domestically introduced devices and combining domestic and international new raw materials and chemical combining agents, our company uses high-pressure formation and sintering, etc, to successfully develop new deformable lining materials.
    Chemical composition of AZS series acid-resistant ceramic lining bricks use Al2O3, ZrO2 and SiO2 as master control contents, Fe2O3 as controlled contents and aluminum oxide, fine powders of kaolin, fine powders of zircon and high-silicone micro powders as major raw materials. This series of materials are acid materials mainly featured with high-temperature performance, strong chemical stability, good compactness, low water absorption, good anti-slagging performance and good corrosion-resistance and acute heat or coldness resistance. This series of materials are widely used in walls of glass pools and jade pools, inner linings of industrial acid-resistant reaction pot, zinc oxide sulfur melter, inner linings of sulfur burning devices' liquid sulfur pit, etc.
